Problem
We track everything in our lives: sleep, workouts, music, steps, finances. But we have no way to track, share, and celebrate the things we’re fans of. We have no digital containers that mimic the way we think about our IRL experiences. IRL: the event started, it ended, it happened at a place, people were there, we did things, and I want to remember all of that together. Online: never-ending scroll of single takes, ads, ephemeral stories.
Solution
Momento is the world’s best memory-keeper. We started with sports, creating a scrapbook that allows you to track the games you’ve been to. It was clear from the start that people desired similar containers for concerts, comedy shows, theater, ski trips, golf outings, you name it.
I was the Co-Founder and COO of the company. I ran all parts of the team, kept everyone oriented strategically, and took the initial pass at greenfield problem solving for the company.
